Dr. Lynch has been qualified as an Expert Witness in State and Federal Courts in NJ, NY, PA, and CT.

Since 1995, he has provided defense and plaintiff litigation support in matters related to:

Dr. Richard Lynch is a practicing Certified Industrial Hygienist, with over 25 years of industrial, commercial, health care, school and residential evaluation experience.

He is a Council-Certified Microbial Consultant, Council-Certified Microbial Remediation Supervisor and a Certified Energy Auditor. He holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial Hygiene and a Ph.D. in Public Health from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.

Dr. Lynch served as a professor of Industrial Hygiene and Public Health at Rutgers University and the University of Medicine & Dentistry of NJ. He has published numerous peer reviewed scientific journal articles, and is a noted workplace safety expert and public speaker.
